Flowers by Paulann began in 1953, founded by Paul and Ann — a devoted husband-and-wife team whose passion for flowers transformed their small shop into a beloved cornerstone of the Oxnard community. The couple’s dedication to craftsmanship, beauty, and personal connection set the foundation for what would become one of the city’s longest-standing floral traditions.

In January 1998, new ownership stepped in to carry forward that legacy with fresh energy and heartfelt purpose. Alma Rosa, with more than 26 years of hands-on floral design experience, infused the shop with her love for people, strong work ethic, and unwavering faith. Although she began as a designer rather than a businesswoman, her compassion and dedication transformed the shop into the floral home it is today.

Today, Flowers by Paulann remains a pillar of the community, known for its custom arrangements, wedding florals, sympathy designs, and meaningful creations for every occasion.
